Golonka Fort

This fort is huge. It cost a whopping $2 to get into it and you can spent a couple of hours walking around the grounds and seeing all the walls and hiking up the steep steps to the top of the hill on which it is built. You can see the entire old city of Hyderabad from here and if I get the chance I am going to put together some pictures of the panorama.

In the evening, we were able to see a sound and light show which really made the fort come to life. You sit in the sultan's chambers and view the entire fort while a narative tells the history and some fun stories about the history of the place.
